S.W. Liposculpture Payment Policies
Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by Insurance unless specified as such. All fees will be discussed with patients in advance of the procedure and are payable in advance of the procedure. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also provide easy financing through CareCredit.

S.W. Liposculpture Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
